Fair terms, in plain words.

By using tofo.in or any TOFO product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the services — no hard feelings.

TOFO is operated from Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

TOFO is a parent company for several products: Automation (automated social media content), Gaming (a live multiplayer platform), Shop (e-commerce) and Learn (daily educational content).

Products marked “In development” or “Coming soon” are exactly that — features may change before and after launch as we build them into their best versions.

• Give accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account; you must be old enough to form a binding agreement, or have a guardian's consent.

TOFO is built for people who build, play and learn. Don't:

• Use the services for anything unlawful.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other people — including in Gaming voice chat and matches.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the services.
• Use Automation to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Place fraudulent orders or abuse the refund process on Shop.

We may suspend accounts that put other users or the platform at risk.

Whatever you create or schedule through TOFO remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the features you use — for example, publishing a scheduled post to your connected accounts on your behalf.

We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the service.

Prices are shown clearly before you pay — what you see at checkout is what you're charged. Delivery estimates are genuine estimates; we push hard to beat them.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

We work to keep every TOFO product fast and available, but no online service can promise 100% uptime. We may update, change or retire features as products evolve — where a change matters, we aim to give notice.

TOFO products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You can stop using TOFO at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use TOFO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
