TOFO is a technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We operate tofo.in and the TOFO family of products — Automation (automate.tofo.in), Gaming (game.tofo.in), Shop (shop.tofo.in) and Learn (learn.tofo.in).

This policy explains how information is handled across the whole ecosystem. Where an individual product needs something extra, we say so in plain words inside that product.

We collect only what a feature genuinely needs to work:

• Account details — a name and email address when you create a TOFO account.
• Messages — whatever you choose to include when you write to us through the contact page or by email.
• Usage information — which pages and features are used, and basic device and browser details, so we can fix what's broken and improve what's popular.
• Order details on Shop — the address, contact number and payment confirmation needed to deliver what you bought.
• Automation settings — the niche, schedule and platform connections you configure, so the system can do the job you set it up for.

• To provide, operate and improve TOFO products.
• To process orders and get deliveries to your door.
• To create and publish the content you scheduled through Automation — exactly as you configured it.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.

We do not use your personal information for anything unrelated to running TOFO.

TOFO Automation works by connecting to your social media accounts. That access is used for one purpose only: creating, publishing and analyzing the content you set up.

Automation never posts anything outside the recipe you configured, and never reads or touches parts of your accounts it doesn't need. You can disconnect a platform at any time, and our access ends the moment you do.

• We never sell your personal data. To anyone. Ever.
• We never send spam or share your email with marketers.
• We never access connected accounts beyond what the feature requires.
• We never keep data that no longer serves a purpose you'd recognise.

A small number of trusted service providers help us run TOFO — hosting infrastructure, payment processing, delivery partners. They receive only what they need to do their job, under confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when the law genuinely requires it. That's the complete list — there is no advertising or data-broker sharing of any kind.

Traffic to every TOFO product is encrypted in transit, access to systems is restricted to the few people who need it, and our infrastructure is monitored continuously. The Security page describes our approach in more detail.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just write to contact@tofo.in. We'll respond promptly, and deleting your data is treated with the same priority as any other request.

TOFO products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

When this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out clearly, not buried.
